Property Management Dashboard
A property manager's day is spread across spreadsheets, an inbox and a phone. This concept pulls the operational picture into one screen: which properties need attention, which maintenance requests are open, and what's due this week.
The challenge
Property portfolios generate a constant stream of small, time-sensitive tasks. When tenants, leases and maintenance history live in separate systems, nothing has a single owner and things fall through — the cost isn't one big failure, it's a hundred small ones.
Our approach
The interface is built around the work queue rather than the data model. Maintenance requests are the primary object, with property, tenant and lease context attached to each. Role-based access separates what a manager, an owner and a contractor each need to see, and everything is filterable down to a single property.
What the build includes
- Portfolio overview with occupancy and status
- Maintenance request pipeline with assignment
- Tenant and lease records
- Document storage per property
- Role-based access for managers, owners and contractors
- Scheduled reporting
What it demonstrates
- Dense data presented without overwhelming the operator
- Permission models that fit real organisational roles
- Workflow-first information architecture
