Delivery Management Platform
Three groups need three completely different views of the same delivery. This concept explores that split: a web console for the business, a mobile app for the driver, and a stripped-back tracking page for the customer.
The challenge
Delivery operations fail at the handoffs. The business needs dispatch and visibility, the driver needs the next stop and nothing else, and the customer needs an honest ETA. Building one interface for all three produces something that serves none of them.
Our approach
A shared API with three purpose-built clients. Dispatch and route assignment live in the web console; the React Native driver app is optimised for one-handed use and tolerates patchy reception by queueing status updates offline; the customer sees a single link with live status and no login.
What the build includes
- Dispatch console with live order status
- Driver mobile app with route and proof of delivery
- Customer tracking link, no account required
- Offline-tolerant status updates
- Delivery history and performance reporting
- Notification system across email and push
What it demonstrates
- One backend serving several distinct user roles
- Mobile interfaces designed for real field conditions
- Handling unreliable connectivity without losing data
Let's build something that works.
