Privacy Policy

How Axisura handles the information you share with us.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This policy describes what information Axisura collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to axisura.com only.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly. When you submit the project request form, that is:

  • Your name and business name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number and website address, if you choose to provide them
  • The project type and budget range you select
  • The project description you write

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email. We do not buy contact information, and we do not collect personal information from third-party sources.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the project. Specifically, we use it to reply to you, ask follow-up questions, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is stored locally in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and request details, for security and reliability purposes.

Who else sees it

When you submit the form, the details are passed to a third-party form delivery service which forwards them to us by email. That service, along with our hosting and email providers, processes the data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes.

If you would rather not have your details pass through a third party, email us directly at contact@axisura.com instead of using the form.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the business relationship, and for as long as we are required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us and we limit access to it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@axisura.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to data portability, or to object to or restrict how we use your information. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
